Pull-Apart Pizza Bread Ingredients

  • Premade dough: Whether you choose refrigerated breadstick dough or pizza dough, it’ll form the pillowy base of the pull-apart bread. These doughs are easy to work with and bake up to a golden, chewy texture.
  • Pepperoni: Sliced pepperoni adds a spicy, savory flavor essential for that classic pizza taste. Turkey pepperoni is a leaner alternative that still packs the same punch.
  • Cheeses: Mozzarella melts beautifully, creating gooey, stretchy bites in every piece. It’s the quintessential cheese for any pizza dish. Parmesan brings a sharp, nutty flavor that contrasts with the milder mozzarella.
  • Parsley: Dried parsley flakes add a pop of color and a mild herbal note to the bread.
  • Oil: Olive oil coats the dough pieces, adding a rich, smooth texture to the outside of the pizza bites. It also aids in even browning during baking.
  • Garlic: Minced garlic infuses the pizza bites with a deep, savory aroma and flavor.
  • Marinara: Serve the bread with marinara sauce on the side for dipping. The tangy, tomato-based sauce complements the cheesy, savory bites and brings the whole pizza experience together.
