The Keebler elf couldn't keep this new Fudge Stripes recipe a secret any longer.

Keebler Just Revealed a Fudge Stripes Cookie That 100% Belongs in Your Lunch Box

Keebler and its elves have been hard at work since 1853. Led by head elf Ernie, these talented bakers have gifted us with old-school snacks like Fudge Town cookies, Coconut Dreams (aka copycat Samoas) and, of course, the famous Fudge Stripes.
Whenever I think of a Keebler cookie, it’s that shortbread circle drizzled with sweet fudge. Safe to say, my mom always kept a package on hand and would pop a few in my school lunch box!
Now, these hardworking elves are cookin’ up even more chocolate for all the Keebler kids out there.
What is the new Keebler creation?
The secret is out: Keebler is making Fudge Stripe Double Fudge cookies. Instead of shortbread, picture a crispy chocolate base with a generous topping of rich fudge. It’s the perfect balance of smooth fudge and crunchy cookie, so you’ll find yourself reaching in the package for “just one more”…about 20 times. Trust me, I’ve been there.
“If there’s one thing we pride ourselves on at Keebler, it’s our magical fudge,” says Kim Thomas, brand manager of Keebler Fudge Stripes. “And with this delectable new offering, Ernie and the Elves have doubled the magic and the fun.”
Now, if only Keebler would bring back Tribbles for all the ’80s kids out here.
Where do I find them?
Double Fudge Fudge Stripes will be available for $4.80 at retailers starting this month. They will be a permanent addition to the Keebler line of Fudge Stripes, so no rush here. Next time you’re in the Keebler aisle at the grocery store, remember to say hello to Ernie and the elves for me!
