My inherent yearning for coffee knows no bounds, and my heart instinctively kicks into high gear when I smell a seasonal menu on the horizon. I’m still reeling over the dramatically delicious Teddy Grahams Shaken Espresso at Starbucks, and it seems the joy doesn’t stop there.
The new Starbucks summer drinks have dropped, and my expectations are at an all-time high. With some fresh new additions alongside returning favorites, this will be a sweet summer indeed. Here’s everything you need to know!
The Starbucks Summer Drinks for 2025
Horchata Oatmilk Shaken Espresso
Never has a drink so immediately hooked me. I love horchata, so I know Starbucks has been listening in on my conversations lately. This brand-new shaken espresso combines Starbucks Blonde Espresso, oat milk and horchata-flavored syrup for a drink that will surely be the highlight of my summer.
Such a mix of light, smooth coffee with the fusion of cinnamon, sweet vanilla and subtle nutty notes from the syrup can only be described as absolutely divine. It’s got my vote.
Summer-Berry Refresher
This returning favorite has everything you loved the first time around—a summery mix of blueberry, raspberry and blackberry flavors shaken with ice and poured over tart raspberry-flavored pearls. If you love a little lemon in your life, you can also order this Refresher as a Summer-Berry Lemonade Refresher.
Summer Skies Drink
Think of this one as a new take on a returning favorite. The Summer Skies Drink features the sweetness of the Summer-Berry Refresher mixed with the creaminess of coconut milk. Refreshers with coconut milk seem to garner their own popularity, so I’m not surprised this drink has earned its own name. The mixture of the coconut milk and the bright blue refresher also creates a vibrant color combo that reminds me of a soft summer sky. Imagine sipping on this in the sunshine—perfection!
Starbucks Summer Menu Release Date
Starting May 20, you can order the seasonal drinks at participating Starbucks locations everywhere. Alongside these sweet and tasty drinks, you can also snag a brand-new Strawberries & Cream Cake Pop that has to be as delicious as it is adorable. This menu will be at Starbucks through summer, while supplies last.
