Air-Fryer Chicken Cutlets

A quick and easy combination of Parmesan cheese and seasoned bread crumbs makes these air-fryer chicken cutlets so delicious. They’re perfect over salad for lunch or served with veggies or pasta for dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
  • Dash each garlic powder, onion powder and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons buttermilk
  • 3 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast half (6 ounces)
  • Cooking spray

Directions

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper. In another bowl, combine cheese and buttermilk. Place bread crumbs in a third shallow bowl.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 400°. Flatten chicken to 1/4-in. thickness. Coat chicken with flour mixture; dip into buttermilk, then coat with crumbs. Place chicken on a greased tray in air-fryer basket; spritz with cooking spray. Cook until golden brown and no longer pink, 8-10 minutes, turning once.
