Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 2 medium ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 2 cups halved fresh strawberries
- 1 cup sliced ripe banana
- 1 cup fresh raspberries or frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blackberries, thawed
- 1/4 cup unflavored whey protein powder
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth.
