Delicate champagne vinaigrette is a lovely salad dressing that's light yet flavorful. It won't overwhelm a simple green salad and will harmonize a salad containing several different flavors and textures, such as fruit, nuts and cheese.
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup champagne vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients until blended.
