Can you freeze Chocolate Black Bean Smoothies?
To freeze, pour into 4 individual freezer-safe containers. Cover and freeze until firm. To serve, partially thaw in the refrigerator, 3-4 hours.

- 1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup canned no-salt-added black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
- 4 pitted dried plums (prunes)
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons baking cocoa
- 1 tablespoon creamy natural peanut butter
- Dash ground cinnamon
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth.
