Cinnamon roll peach cobbler combines a package of cinnamon rolls with your favorite summery dessert in the sweetest breakfast (or dessert) mashup.
Ingredients
- 6 cups sliced peeled fresh or frozen peaches, thawed
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tube (12.4 ounces) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine peaches, sugar, cornstarch and vanilla. Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Cut each cinnamon roll into 4 pieces; arrange over peaches. Reserve icing from package.
- Cover and bake 20 minutes. Uncover and bake until filling is bubbly and cinnamon rolls are golden brown, 15-20 minutes longer. Drizzle with icing. Serve warm.
