Ingredients
- 1 can (13.66 ounces) coconut milk
- 1 cup uncooked jasmine rice, rinsed
- 1/3 cup water
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Optional: Toasted sweetened shredded coconut and black sesame seeds
Directions
- In a large saucepan, combine coconut milk, rice, water, sugar and salt; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender, 10-12 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
