Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup baking cocoa
  • 1-1/2 cups hot water
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, stir together sugar and cocoa. Add water; bring to a boil. Add vanilla. Chill. Store in the refrigerator.
