Thick and creamy, eggnog tastes like spice-flavored milk. Traditional eggnog usually consists of egg yolks, sugar, heavy whipping cream, milk, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla.How do you thicken a milkshake?

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups reduced-fat no-sugar-added vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup fat-free milk
- 1/4 cup frozen whipped topping
- 1/8 teaspoon rum extract
- 1/8 teaspoon brandy extract or vanilla extract
- Optional: Ground nutmeg and maraschino cherries
Directions
- In a blender, combine the first 5 ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; if desired, top with additional whipped topping, nutmeg and cherries.
