Gin fizz is perfectly sweet, perfectly sour and absolutely refreshing. Shaking the cocktail with an egg white gives it a velvety texture and a frothy topping—kind of like an adult milkshake!
Ingredients
- 2 ounces gin
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1 ounce pasteurized liquid egg white
- 4 ounces club soda
Directions
- Fill a shaker with the first 4 ingredients. Cover and shake vigorously until foamy. Add ice. Cover and shake again until well chilled. Strain into chilled highball glass. Top with club soda.
