Ingredients
- 3-1/4 cups self-rising flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, milk and mayonnaise just until moistened. Turn onto a lightly floured surface; knead 8-10 times. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto a greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 425° for 10-14 minutes or until golden brown. Combine honey and butter; brush 1/2 cup over hot biscuits. Serve warm with remaining honey butter.
