Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh Brussels sprouts, trimmed and shredded
- 2 medium tart apples, chopped
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 1 small sweet orange pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup green grapes, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk remaining ingredients; pour over salad. Toss to coat.
