Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale, washed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 to 3 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
- Sea salt, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300°. Remove tough stems from kale and tear leaves into large pieces. Place in a large bowl. Toss with olive oil and seasonings. Arrange leaves in a single layer on greased baking sheets.
- Bake, uncovered, 10 minutes and then rotate pans. Continue baking until crisp and just starting to brown, about 15 minutes longer. Let stand at least 5 minutes before serving.
