A pear martini as balanced as this is meant to be sipped slowly. Right away you’ll taste notes of pear that are complemented by refreshing lemon juice and just enough sweetness to take the sour edge off.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces pear vodka
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce simple syrup
- Pear slice, optional
Directions
- Fill a shaker half full with ice. Add vodka, lemon juice and syrup. Cover and shake until condensation forms on outside of shaker, 10-15 seconds. Strain into martini glass. If desired, garnish with pear.
