Ingredients

  • 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 bone-in pork loin chops (1 inch thick and 10 ounces each)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°. Combine seasonings; rub over chops. Place on a greased rack in a 15x10x1-in. baking pan.
  2. Bake until a thermometer reads 145°, 20-25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
