Red Potatoes with Beans

Ingredients

  • 6 small red potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1-1/3 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing

Directions

  1. Place the potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook until tender, 10-15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, place green beans and water to cover them in a 2-qt. microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on high until tender, 6-8 minutes. Drain potatoes and beans; place in a bowl. Add onion and dressing; toss to coat.
