Red Wine Vinaigrette

This simple but flavorful red wine vinaigrette recipe takes only five minutes to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well. Refrigerate until serving. Just before serving, shake dressing again.
