This simple but flavorful red wine vinaigrette recipe takes only five minutes to prepare.
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions

Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well. Refrigerate until serving. Just before serving, shake dressing again.
