Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
- 2 teaspoons ground mustard
- 1 cup crushed butter-flavored crackers
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- SAUCE:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons honey
Directions
- In a shallow bowl, combine the mayonnaise, onion and mustard. In another shallow bowl, combine the crackers and sesame seeds. Cut chicken lengthwise into 1/4-in. strips.
- Dip strips into mayonnaise mixture, then into the sesame seed mixture. Place in a single layer on a large greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 425° for 15-18 minutes or until juices run clear. Combine sauce ingredients and serve with chicken strips.
