This easy tuna melt sandwich recipe will make you feel like a kid again.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 3/4 cup diced cheddar cheese
- 1 can (6 ounces) tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 6 hamburger buns, split
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°. In a bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Spread butter over cut sides of buns. Spread tuna mixture on bun bottoms; replace tops. Wrap in foil.
- Bake until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.
