Ingredients
- 2/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1-1/2 teaspoons shortening
- 1/2 cup espresso beans
- Baking cocoa, optional
Directions
Step 1: Melt chocolate chips
In a microwave, melt the chocolate chips and shortening. Stir until smooth.
Step 2: Cover espresso beans in chocolate
Dip the espresso beans in chocolate. Allow the excess chocolate to drip off and then place on waxed paper.
Step 3: Allow time to dry
