A smoothie is good idea any time of day, whether it’s a refreshing morning drink or a sweet healthy snack. While plenty of fruits work well in smoothie recipes, mangoes are a great choice because of their smooth texture and tropical flavor. Step 1: Blend the liquid ingredients
In a blender, combine the juice, yogurt and honey. Cover and blend until smooth. Not only is adding liquids first easier on your blender, but it will also produce a better texture.
Step 2: Add the fruit
Add the frozen mango and banana (frozen fruit allows you to skip the ice and avoid a watered-down flavor). Cover and blend until smooth. Start slow, if you start blending on the highest level, an air bubble could form, preventing your ingredients from blending.
