Would it be too much to list how much grated orange is needed as part of the ingredients list? This is something I use to make years ago, from a different recipe from a book. I get frustrated with so many \u2018cavalier\u2019 recipes online. I was in a hurry making this and the directions say to grate from the stem side, but not how much. That info was buried 3 sentences down and not where it should have been, either in the ingredient list or in the same sentence with the grating. I mean, yes this may seem nit-picky but I do a whole lot of cooking and I really appreciate precise recipes.
