This recipe was excellent. I used 1-1\/2 lbs of chicken, 1 tsp pepper, 1\/2 tsp each of garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and paprika. I crushed 2 large gloves of fresh garlic and added it and 4 oz of sliced fresh mushrooms with 2 minutes left while cooking the chicken. Used the other ingredients as listed in the recipe. I cooked parboiled rice.
