Sweet and hot is a great flavor pairing. Thank you! It is very similar to another TOH recipe, \"Korean Beef and Rice\". I ended up with a combination of the 2 recipes, pulling from both, what we liked best. Whichever recipe I use, however, I only use 1 T of sugar. I also think I will increase the heat, either more crushed pepper or Sambai.
