I've never had Socca before. I have no idea what it is supposed to be like. \n\nI used a toaster oven, I preheated the pan as per the instructions. I believe the pan should have been kept in the oven for about 10 minutes vs 5. It doesn't seem to have been hot enough. Again, I used a toaster oven so that was probably a factor. Due to this, it was undercooked on the bottom. I ended up pan frying it on the stove to finish it. This is likely due to the oven I used, not the recipe. \n\nI would suggest adding more salt to the batter and some honey for a little sweetness. \n\nI made it for breakfast with eggs and ham for a hearty start to the day. \n\nThis is a good, quick, healthy recipe. It is also naturally gluten free and vegan for those who care.","reviewRating":{"@context":"http:\/\/schema.org\/","@type":"Rating","ratingValue":4,"worstRating":1,"bestRating":5}}]},"video":{"data":{"status":204},"message":"No shortcode found in recipe"},"rms_legacy_id":"245763","romance_copy_dek":"Socca is a traditional flatbread from Nice, France.
