I love this recipe, however, I have tweaked it a bit to make it into a casserole. I line a pie plate or a larger dish if making it for more people, with the biscuits, add the taco meat, lots of cheese and then lay the remaining biscuits over the top and bake it. When it's done, just slice in individual servings like a lasagna. Everyone loves this recipe, and it's so easy to make. The casserole actually serves more people and takes less time to do.
