I have made this recipe twice and it is the easiest pie recipe I have ever made. Whether you make your own crust or use Pillsbury premade crust it turns out perfect every time. I use a 9\u201d pie pan and you have to serve it topped with fresh whipped heavy cream. The pie is not too sweet which is very nice.
