I have made this pie for years, always in the summer when I have fresh tomato's. I also use taco seasoning packet in my ground beef, like making taco's. Sometimes, I had a can of refried beans, and a half cup of salsa. I always add some extra tomato's and extra cheddar. This is really good. I have made this for over 10 years now. A quick summer recipe... Very filling!!! Enjoy.<\/p>","CommentId":9,"DateRated":"04\/18\/2010 23:19","GUID":"36638f4457384310825dad31c5c342f1","MemberId":3834047,"Rating":0,"ScreenName":"CountryCook57","SubmittedDate":"04\/18\/2010 23:19"},{"Comment":"","CommentId":10,"DateRated":"03\/01\/2010 13:29","GUID":"d7734059cd4344e3886e9536cf25fdee","MemberId":4184838,"Rating":5,"ScreenName":"erin.sutherland","SubmittedDate":"03\/01\/2010 13:29"}]},"breadcrumb":[],"meta_data":{"enhanced_fields":{"enhanced_recipe_title":"Beef and Tomato Pie"}},"analytics":[],"yoast_head":"\n
