This was good. Even my 13 yr old enjoyed it, who had complained that I was serving squash again. I had to cook the squash for 15 minutes and I covered the pan. I forgot the parmesan and parsley, but it was good without. I also used turkey bacon. I also subbed edamame for the green beans due to our preference.
