After reading some other reviews, I would suggest weighing your flour, using Blackstrap Molasses will yield a strong flavor vs typical molasses. Those complaining that their cookies were hard to roll out, I am going to assume you didn't measure your flour properly and added too much, which is why you should weigh it. Humidity and dry climates can affect it as well as your method of measuring. Will be making these every year for the holidays.
