Most all muffin recipes use 350-400 degrees F, too slow of an oven temperature results in a non-domed muffin. The muffins using the given temperature were flat on top, but raising the temperature created a dome and correct density in the muffin. I added 1\/2 cup of chopped prunes the second time I made them and reduced the nutmeg to 1\/4 tea and used 1\/4 cup orange juice and 1\/4 cup water, which resulted in a very good muffin.
