Surprisingly simple and tasty recipe. I did not have any chives, so before adding topping I lightly seasoned 4x boneless skinless chicken thighs with a blend of onion & garlic, then liberally seasoned the thighs with a black pepper blend. Added the topping mixture over the chicken, then added a smoked normal paprika generously over the top of that. Served over instant rice.
