This peach salsa recipe is a sweet and spicy version of pico de gallo<\/a>, with onion and jalapeno providing the expected pungency and peaches replacing the tomatoes.<\/p>\n This simple recipe is a cinch to make: All you have to do is dice the ingredients and then mix them together. The salsa tastes great as a snack with chips or as a topping on different main courses.
