This is the best muffin recipe I\u2019ve ever used. I\u2019ve been making them for years, and it has become a family favorite. To make everyone happy (parents in their mid-eighties to my 22-year old son), I make three sizes. This recipe makes 6 jumbo muffins, 12 regular muffins, and 24 mini muffins (all standard-sized pans). So good!
