Rather than bake a whole pork tenderloin. I cut my tenderloin into \"coins\" and pounded them into 1\/4 inch thickness. I seasoned them with seasoned salt and Maple Bacon seasoning then stir-fried them in a couple of tablespoons of butter. I prepared the sauce exactly as written and added the cooked pork into it until warm and very well coated. I definitely will make this dish again.
