But I didn't change the core flavors. Mostly I changed the process. I did not cook this in the microwave.\nInstead of using preseasoned breadcrumbs, I used plain panko crumbs, 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning and 1\/4 teaspoon onion powder. I didn't want to have to go to the store for preseasoned crumbs.\n\nInstead of sprinkling chicken with salt & pepper, I added 1\/4 teaspoon salt and 1\/8 teaspoon pepper to my 1\/4 cup melted butter. I coated the chicken in the butter, using that as my adhesive to get my crumbs to stick (which included my seasoned crumbs and the other ingredients called for in this recipe).\n\nOnce my breasts were coated and baked in a 425F degree oven for 25 minutes. My breasts were cut thin, so it may take longer for larger breasts.
