I've made this twice, now, in the last few months and I think this is a delicious recipe! Couple observations: salt! I don't normally use low-sodium products - don't need to, and I like the full flavors. However, for me this dish, made as-written and without adding any additional salt ends up almost too salty! I could still eat it but it's close. Ham, soups cheeses - all have salt. So next time I make this I will look for some lower sodium items. Second: one reviewer suggested an assembly method more like a sandwich, by putting half of a flattened breast on top of the stacked other half. I found this to actually be preferable as compared to rolling. Easier to handle by far, and great on a dish. Just my two cents. Will be definitely keeping this one.
