Oh my goodness these are amazing! Just did a test run the night before thanksgiving and entire family voted YES for tomorrow. I was able to get 30 out of the recipe and probably ended up using 5 cups + 1\/3 of AP flour. I changed nothing. The rolls are easy to make, but with 2\/3 of a cup of brown sugar (I used dark brown), they are very sweet. Tasty, but sweet. None of the other reviews have mentioned this, but just so you know before you make them. Light brown sugar might make a difference. Great flavor! I made bread instead of rolls. I only had old-fashioned oats, so I cooked them a minute longer. I didn't have brown sugar so I used 2\/3 cup honey.
