A whole package of lil smokies takes 2 rolls of crescent rolls. I make them in 1 pan, but don't quite double the glaze. If you melt the butter in the pan first, then add the sugar and honey, mix well, then add the nuts and mix again, you can put the lil sausage rolls on the top and refrigerate the whole thing. Just remember to add cooking time, since you are starting with a cold pan. This recipe is always a hit at pot lucks and parties. A whole package of lil smokies takes 2 rolls of crescent rolls. I make them in 1 pan, but don't quite double the glaze. If you melt the butter in the pan first, then add the sugar and honey, mix well, then add the nuts and mix again, you can put the lil sausage rolls on the top and refrigerate the whole thing. Just remember to add cooking time, since you are starting with a cold pan.
