Having been born and raised in Indonesia and lived there most of my adult life, I can assure you this is not an Indonesian recipe. While they do often put a peanut sauce (which is nothing like the one here) on chicken satay as well as a vegetable salad type dish called \"gado-gado\", this recipe is nothing like either of those. I wish you would just call it peanut chicken or something and leave off the \"Indonesian\".
