This is delicious. Big hit at Christmas. One suggestion: maybe be more specific about the amount of minced garlic (eg 1\/4 tsp or whatever). Garlic cloves vary a lot in size. The second time I made it I used a larger clove and it was way too garlicky and that ruined it.
