These were very easy to make and looked amazing. The only thing you need to remember is use large Campfire marshmallows (3 times the size of regular mallows) @ (Walmart) then add frosting on the bottom of each item, the marshmallow, each (mini chocolate chip), for eye and nose, each wafer cookie, (you can use Oreo's, but remove the icing and only use 1 piece of cookie and put icing on the printed side of the cookie to top the mallows), each mini Reese's peanut butter cups, each Hershey kisses. If you follow this procedure you will be very happy with the outcome.

These are so cute and it is time consuming. I added a little bit of egg white powder to the icing so that it would hold better and dry faster. For the eyes I just used. Frosting instead of the mini chocolate chips. For presentation I placed them on a cupcake liner because the marshmallows seem to fall over and not stand up. Seems to be top heavy.

i used a oreo cookie for the base, used a stick lighter to melt the bottom of the big marshmellow to stick to cookie. These were very easy to make. I used jumbo marshmallows and that eliminated the falling over problem. I also used homemade Royal Icing instead of canned icing, that way it hardened. The only problem I had was that the wafer cookies must have absorbed the moisture from the frosting and/or marshmallows and turned the cookies so moist that if you touched them they fell apart. Its almost impossible to find marshmallows that sit completely flat, so these tilt to the side and are hard to keep together. I had my boyfriend try them, and he loved them because of all the different type of flavors you get out of it. (Marshmallow, Chocolate, Coconut, Peanutbutter) When I tried the recipe i didn't have everything though...I used some glitter gel icing instead of frosting and i accidentally bought the normal size mini chocolate chips (not the super mini ones) they turned out cute but were tilting over (probably due to the big chocolate chips) hopefully when i use the right stuff they will be able to stand up.. This recipe is so cute! They were fun to make- although a little time consuming. Instead of having to deal with the orange stars around the reese's cups- I bought the Halloween Oreos with the orange frosting and placed the Reese's cup on top and they looked the same-they worked out great and saved me some time!

I made this recipe but i twisted it. I melted white chocolate and dyed it with green food coloring, then i dipped the marshmallow (witch head) into it, covering it completely. I stuck the eyes and nose (chocolate chips) on before the melted chocolate dried. I then, placed the chocolate covered marshmallow on foil and then stuck a fudge stripped cookie with the chocolate side up. (i couldn't find the wafers). I used coconut for hair but i dyed it purple since the face is green. I then made the rest of the hat according to the recipe. I have a picture in my profile =). It was great fun and everyone loved them! You know you did good when you get a lot of complements!

I have been using the Halloween oreos with orange frosting. Looks cute and is easier to do than the piping. I think using one of the oreo tops as a base is a great idea as well. Very easy and fun. Plan to use it with my seniors as an activity.

?These are NOT Easy to make. They kept toppling over so we put half of a oreo cookie on the bottom. My Granddaughters (11 & 8) tried to maie these. Eyes kept falling off and unless you have really good frosting tools the pipping around hat doesnt look good. They gave up after making 6 of them. I would not recommend them....

These are adorable and easy to make. I will be making them for my granddaughters birthday. I used oreos, split them and place the one with frosting on bottom of marshmellow (add a little more frosting) to keep them from tipping, place the other half on top for hat.
