Loved this pie. I could only find the 6oz blue jello so I opted to make two pies. So glad I did! The rice crispy crust was the easiest pie crust ever. My chilled jello was almost completely set after 1 hour so next time I will check after 30 minutes. Pies still turned out great. The pies were very pretty as well.
