I have been making this recipe in my fam for years after learning the recipe from a chef at a state fair in my hometown years ago,and is an ABSOLUTE FAV!! My recipe is a lil different though including: 1 1\/2 lb. Hamburger meat, 1 can Ranch style beans, 1 can pinto beans, 1 can Rotel mild(or medium if you prefer spicy) 2 cans stewed tomatos, 1 can diced tomatoes(usually with added mex flavor in it) 1 can corn(drained), 1 packet Hidden valley ranch seasoning packet, one packet taco seasoning. Simply make hamburger meat, then put all cans in decent size pot ALL undrained other then the corn and add packets let simmer for a good 30-45 min to let the spices really marinate,and then I put sour cream, shredded cheese, and tortilla chips on top and there you have it, a delish incredibly easy meal that is SURE TO PLEASE!
