A standout version of all the myriad apple crisp\/cobbler recipes out there, with a baked flour base that is so light and tender! Makes a generous amount for a large group or Potluck. My son who rarely eats dessert, let alone anything cake-like, loved it, so I don't think your slow cooker will come back from the Potluck with any leftovers!
