These cookies feature a peanut butter-oatmeal base that\u2019s stuffed with not one, not two, but three<\/em> different types of baking chips.<\/p>\n As you can tell, we’re working with the makings of one serious cookie. You may think this recipe makes a lot of cookies, but we know just how quickly they’ll disappear.<\/p>\n Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0F.
