I'm so glad to have rediscovered this wonderful recipe! I've been a Taste Recipes reader for almost 20 years; and am now a volunteer field editor. This delicious and simple way to dress up salmon was one of the first ToH salmon recipes I tried out on the family. Even the kids loved it! Let's be honest, ladies and gentlemen; farmed salmon is pretty tasteless. The combination of the ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, and mustard give the fish a lot of zing. And the walnuts add a nice crunchy texture.
