IF I make this again I would do a few things differently. First I would not put any sugar in the graham cracker crust\/topping. I would cut down the amount of crushed crackers to 2 1\/4 cups, and cut down on the amount of butter. I had way too much crust\/topping. And adding all the sugar to it just overall made the dessert to sweet for me. I might cut the lemon extract a bit as well. I\u2019d use lemon pie filling instead of curd just for the cost.
